Oh, Jesus. Okay. Here are my beginning stats! I go in a bit at the waist and then I have these two pooches of fat above and below the waist — my back goes in and the pooches of fat poke out, so I have a measurement for my upper pooch (1″ above my belly button) and my lower pooch (2″ below belly button). I measured my arm flab with one arm straight out, and I measured one thigh around the widest part, about 3″ down from my crotch. Calf was around the widest part but, to be honest, I think that is mostly muscle. I’ve always had really big calves. Okay, on to the numbers!
Weight: 196.5 pounds
Bust: 46″
Waist: 43″
Top Pooch: 42″
Low Pooch: 45″
Hips: 46″
Thigh: 27 1/2″
Calf: 17 1/4″
Arm Flab: 15 1/4″
I think I’m going to weigh in weekly and do the measurements approximately monthly. Going forward, I’m really mostly interested in the pooch measurements because that’s where I really want to lose fat, but I went ahead and recorded the thigh, calf, arm, etc. just for my reference so I can see how those measurements are affected when I’ve lost a lot of weight.
I am amazed that my weight is 196.5 — I was expecting it to be a few pounds more, especially since I’ve spent the whole week eating candy and other crap.
Today’s plan includes getting organized for the week with the DY food. Oh my god, you guys. I hope this works!
