Breakfast: Greek Style Burrito, Chicken Sausage, Fajita Veggies

This is breakfast for Tuesday, Week 4, Diet to Go!

So as you can see, it’s a pretty big meal compared to the other breakfasts! It has a small-ish burrito filled with scrambled eggs and feta and I think spinach as well as some herbs, plus a chicken sausage patty, and some peppers and onions (which I don’t care for and so didn’t eat… but they’re semi-in the photo in the black container above the plate). Here’s a close-up of the burrito for you:

I thought the burrito was DELICIOUS. I would have been more than happy just eating it and none of this other stuff! The chicken sausage was okay flavor-wise, but the texture was pretty rubbery. I don’t think microwaving it did it any favors. Maybe next time I’ll try heating it up in a pan.

I almost forgot to mention the difference between 1200 & 1600 calorie. To be honest, I’m not sure what it is. I thought the two meals looked to be pretty much the same size. Mr. Peanut and I think maybe his burrito had more stuffing in it than mine?? Not sure!
