Weigh-In (Noodlebean): Week 67

Okay so…

Weight: 191.0 (back down 1/2 # from 5/9)

Now, the question in my new life is becoming…. how can I shed this weight while traveling, like, three quarters of the time? I need to be super vigilant, find ways to exercise while on the road, etc. Any suggestions?
