Well!
Weight: 193.5 (up 2.5# from 5/18)
At this rate, I’ll be back at my starting weight in no time! Hmm.
Does anyone know what happened to Ticker Factory??? It seems the website is gone!! Very unfortuante as it held all my weight data for the past year and a half!

Noodblebean Ticker Factory is still on line.. try again……….
Oh I am so sorry you r not doing as well as you hoped. It is really tough. But Jeeze .. you had a ton of changes in your life and that doesn’t go well with weightloss.
I have been wandering through the meal plan’s again just need more changes.. but will be back at Bistro MD soon. I seem to do better and feel better on those foods then anything else. It appears I am a protein lover …something I never knew.
Keep your chin up it will settle down soon I am sure.

Try the Low Carb plan on DietToGo. If you just eat what they give you, you will lose more weight than on any other plan. I’ve been on both the Low Fat and the Low Carb menus and my weight loss was almost twice as much on the Low Carb
I will warn you that the first week can be a killer as your body switches from burning carbs for energy to burning fat. But, often people loss a great amount of weight the first week since the body needs about 5 or 10 pounds of water to store carbs and once you burn off all the carbs the first week, the water weight comes off. So, the first week’s weight loss can be a motivator to get you over the first week.
Remember, to loss weight, don’t eat anything extra over the food that DietToGo gives you until you understand exactly how much weight a week you are losing. Best to keep it around 2 pounds a week. If you are losing 3 pounds a week, you can add 500 calories to your DietToGo food and you should be on track. If you lose less than 2 pounds, you will have to pick up the activity level to get on track.
Good luck.

Thanks Renita – sorry I didn’t see your comment until now. I’ll try again with Ticker Factory and hopefully it will work for me this week. I agree, I just need to weather this storm of change and I’ll pull it together soon.
Kevin – unfortunately my lifestyle no longer lends itself to meal delivery as I’m traveling 70% of the time due to a new job. But have no fear — I’ll get back on some kind of program (sans delivery) asap!
